1. ClearDPDP is a Tool, Not a Legal Advisor

ClearDPDP provides automated compliance tools. We do not provide legal advice and do not guarantee regulatory compliance. You remain solely responsible for your DPDP compliance decisions.

2. Data Processing

You authorize us to process data you input on your behalf. You remain the Data Fiduciary. All data is stored on encrypted servers in India.

3. No Liability for Fines

ClearDPDP is not liable for regulatory fines or legal action arising from your compliance status.

4. Subscription and Cancellation

Subscriptions are monthly. Cancel anytime. Data deleted within 30 days upon request.
